But there's one thing that always gets me through: coffee. I deeply love the taste of a good cup of joe, and it gives me the boost I need to tackle the day.
Of course, I also know that sleep is crucial. But sometimes, when you're running through a busy schedule, it can be hard to get enough shut-eye.
